About the role:
Responsible for c o m p l e t e , a cc u r a t e & t i m e l y production and reporting of numbers under IFRS environment with checks and controls designed to assess Cashflows.
. Responsible for assessing the reasonability and c o m p l e t eness of Delta results (Discount, Risk Adjustment, CSM etc.) under IFRS environment.
. P r e p a r a t i o n o f Manual adjustment entries under IFRS and USGAAP, STAT and Branch.
. Responsible for c o m p l e t e and a cc u r a t e production of Late adjustment d a t a t o t he v a r i o u s d a t a b a s e s t o m ee t t he n ee d s o f R e g i o n a l F i na n c e and o t h e r r e g i o ns f o r f i na n c i a l G r o u p and C a r r i e r n o n - l i f e r e p o r t i ng a n d D i v i s i o n a l F P & A u n i t s .
. Responsible for d eli v e r y o f n o n - l i f e reporting requirements t o C a rr i e r r e s p o n s i b l e , c o m p l i a n t w i t h l o c a l s t a t u t o r y G A A P.

T he Accounting and Reporting Production t e a m c o o r d i na t e s and p r e p a r e s t he n o n - l i f e q u a r t e r l y f i na n c i a l c l o s i n g s f o r Reinsurance inward business on IFRS, U S G A A P and St a t u t o r y r e p o r t i n g s u b m i s s i o n t o t he G r o u p .
T he Reinsurance Group F i n a n c e Division i s r e s p o n s i b l e f o r t he c l o s e p r o ce ss . Group Finance Division is r e s p o n s i b le f o r t ec h n i c a l P & L and B a l an c e S h ee t a cc ou n t s i n IFRS and a l l ec o n o m i c v a l u a t i o ns ( E V M , SS T , S I I) . A n a l y s i s o f t he m o v e m e n t s , a gg r e g a t i o n o f a cc ou n t i n g t ec h n i c a l & b u s i n e s s an a l y s i s and e x p l an a t i o n t o i n t e r nal c l i e n t s / s t a k e h o l d e r s .
