Job Summary:
As a Junior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the Superiors with the development of cutting-edge travel products, coordination with suppliers, and managing client relationships. Your contributions will ensure the seamless execution of travel packages and enhance our clients' overall experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development Assistance:
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager to brainstorm and develop innovative travel products and packages.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, destinations, and opportunities within the travel industry.
- Assist in the design and customization of travel itineraries to meet client needs and preferences.
- Supplier Coordination:
- Liaise with hotels, airlines, and other suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure competitive pricing.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and source new partners to expand our offerings.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring compliance with our quality standards.
- Client Management:
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout their journey.
- Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Gather client feedback to continually improve our products and services.
- Operational Support:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment on projects.
- Support the Senior Manager in administrative tasks, project management, and strategic planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in the travel industry, with a focus on product development, supplier management, or client service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a passion for travel and innovation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with travel management software is a plus.
