Job description
Flowserve is looking for a technically and commercially experienced salesperson in the office (Applications Engineer). In this function you will develop solutions for customers and partners for industrial and special applications.
You will act as a product specialist in a team and work closely with the sales, development, and other specialist departments at the site. Responsibilities & Requirements: - Support of the defined clientele in the office - Evaluation of requests, generation of solution proposals - Cost calculation, if necessary in cooperation with the relevant departments - Technical and commercial preparation of offers - Order acceptance, review, and preparation (Complete Order) - And any other duties as assigned Preferred Experience / Skills: 6-8 years of engineering experience in operations of Chemical Process industry/ EPC/ Instrumentation maintenance, Erection and commissioning. Bachelor s degree in Instrumentation Engineering with Process (Petrochemical/Power) industry experience preferred OR Mechanical Engineering; Chemical Engineering; Mechatronics. Broad technical skills with the ability to solve problems in several technical domains. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, listening and facilitation skills. Strong interpersonal skills, effective team building with the ability to motivate & empower others. Proven ability to manage projects in a multitasking environment and drive them to completion.
