The ideal candidate will possess a keen ability to manage multifaceted projects, enhance operational workflows, and foster collaboration across teams, thereby contributing significantly to the advancement of our technology offerings. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project and Testing Team Management: Oversee operational and testing aspects of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Facilitate smooth coordination between project and testing teams to maintain product excellence. 2. Process Improvement: Conduct thorough analyses of current operations and performances, pinpointing improvement areas, and deploying effective enhancement strategies to boost efficiency and cost-effectiveness. 3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage closely with product development, marketing, sales, and testing teams to synchronize operational strategies with overarching company objectives, particularly for our suite of products and services. 4. Vendor and Affiliate Liaison: Manage and nurture relationships with external vendors and affiliates like Manhattan Communications and Leo Manage, ensuring seamless collaboration on technology service projects. 5. Analytics and Reporting: Consistently report on operational and testing metrics to senior management, leveraging data analytics to guide strategic decisions and refine operational approaches. 6. Team Leadership and Support: Offer robust support and guidance to operational and testing teams, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or relevant field. • Demonstrated experience in operations and project management within the tech sector, with a strong grasp of testing protocols and quality assurance. • Comprehensive understanding of technology product development cycles and service delivery mechanisms. • Exceptional organizational, communicative, and leadership abilities. • Proficiency in project management tools and data analytics software. • Agile adaptability in a fast-evolving tech environment.Job tags
