Job description
Quality Assurance:
- Develop implement and maintain quality control procedures and protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate quality control measures into the production process.
Testing and Inspection:
- Perform product testing sampling and inspections to identify defects or deviations from quality standards.
- Utilize testing equipment and tools to assess product quality and performance.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities and results.
- Prepare reports summarizing findings trends and areas for improvement.
- Communicate quality issues to relevant stakeholders and recommend corrective actions.
Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Work with engineering and production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in quality control.
Training:
- Provide training to employees on quality standards procedures and best practices.
- Ensure that all team members understand and adhere to quality requirements.
Customer Complaint Resolution:
- Investigate and address customer complaints related to product quality.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with industry standards regulations and certifications.
- Stay informed about changes in quality and safety regulations affecting the industry.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
- Previous QC or related experience.
- Strong analytical communication skills.
- Knowledge of quality management systems.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
