Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, managing projects and timelines, coordinating with internal teams, and overseeing project deliverables. This role is located in Mumbai but with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing, Account Management, or relevant experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage many projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and technologies
• Familiarity with restaurant industry trends and best practices is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
