Job description
Roles & Responsibilities :
Candidate will be responsible for Sales of HNI accounts acquisition for equity commodity and currency. Responsible for third party business also like MF and PMS.. Need to maintain relations with his clients and with the team members.
Regional Head :
RM will coordinate with their reporting manager for day to day activity or to discuss their sales numbers and how to achieve those numbers.
Training and CRM team :
For trainings need to be in touch with training team for lead management need to be in touch with CRM team..
Advisory team :
For better service and revenue generation need to be in touch with dealing team on regular bases.
Client acquisition
Meeting key stakeholders
Customer
Team/ employees
Regulator/ Exchanges
Ensuring the alignment of all operations activities to the commodities business plan
Constant improvement of operations processes
Ensuring client delight through efficient execution of customer service
Educational Qualifications : Graduation
Additional Certifications/Trainings (desirable) : NCFM MF & FNO
Prior Experience : 3 years
Domain Knowledge : Knowledge of broking & Sales
IT Skills : Knowledge of trading applications MS Office etc
