Huemn is the ultimate CRM tool for photographers with automated AI powered project management, complete company financial management, teams, and AI powered Galleries. We at Huemn are keen on building Jarvis for our IronMen, the photographers. We want to help photographers do what they love and leave the rest to Huemn. While Huemn continues to improve, we are looking for bright and dedicated minds to join our teams.

What We Look For In a Huemn

A Support Intern will take care of the client support, handling their queries, complaints and collecting feedback. The candidate should be efficient at coordinating and communicating with the team as well.

Duration of the internship- 3 months

Qualification-

Previous customer service experience, preferably in tech space.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Strong hold on Google Sheets and making detailed reports on it.

Responsibilities-

Maintain up-to-date customer records and ensure accurate data entry using Google sheets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions to enhance customer experience.

Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.

Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends

Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status.

Problem Resolution: Identify and address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism. Strive for first-contact resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and product offerings. Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to relay customer feedback and issues. Uphold a positive and solution-oriented approach in all interactions.
