As a Site Engineer specializing in Structural and Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the structural aspects of construction projects, ensuring the successful implementation of structural and PEB components. You will play a crucial role in coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring the adherence to quality and safety standards throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

Structural Planning and Execution:

• Develop detailed plans for the execution of structural and PEB elements in projects.
• Coordinate with project managers to understand project requirements and specifications.

PEB Design and Implementation:

• Collaborate with design teams to ensure accurate and efficient Pre-Engineered Building design.
• Oversee the fabrication and installation of PEB components, ensuring compliance with design standards.

Site Coordination:

• Supervise on-site activities related to structure and PEB, providing technical guidance to construction teams.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders.

Quality and Safety Compliance:

• Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet project specifications.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols on the construction site to ensure a secure working environment.

Material Management:

• Manage the procurement and utilization of construction materials for structural and PEB components.
• Ensure the timely delivery of materials to meet project timelines.

Problem Resolution:

• Identify and address any structural or PEB-related issues that may arise during construction.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to find effective and timely solutions.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of structural and PEB-related activities.
• Prepare regular progress reports for project managers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing structural components and PEB in projects.
• Familiarity with relevant design software and tools.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
