Job description

Team Management:

• Manage a team of up to 5 CRM members who are already dedicated to serving clients

and train them on how to provide the best possible service and generate sales from

existing customers.

Client Management

• Manage clients who have any queries with existing services or want to expand their

business rapidly. Provide brands with the best consulting advice for growth.

Business Development:

• Reach out to premium brands that operate in the franchise business model to sell our

products, either through paid subscriptions or free listings.Franchise Development:

• Franchise Discovery will launch new products in April 2024, representing the best

technology systems in the franchise era. After that, Franchise Discovery will start to

franchise itself in 50 cities, where you will need to support the development of this

business. This will be part of your profile in helping to grow the company in other parts

as well.

Brand Consulting:

• During your work, you may reach out to brands that are specifically looking for brand

development consulting. You will also be responsible for supporting and taking care of

these clients. This type of project will help you enhance your knowledge to the next

level. You can also consult on this as part of your job.
