Sr. Bench Sales Recruiter Role: Bench Sales Recruiter (NOT HR RECRUITERS) Experience: Fresher to 6 Years. Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad. Compulsory work from office. Shift: US Shift (7:30 pm to 4:30 am IST) Job Requirements: Looking for someone who is aggressive, a Team Player, and well-aware of the technologies in the market. Have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Should have 0- 6years of experience in Bench Sales (US IT Staffing ) Experience working with US citizens, GC candidates, H1B, EAD, OPT, TN, and H1B Transfers Knowledge of visa classification Terms, Rules & Policies H1 B, OPT EAD, H4 EAD, and TN Visa. Knowledge of Employment Type W2, Corp to Corp, 1099. Experienced with End-to-end cycle of sales from submitting Profiles, Rate Negotiations, and Follow Up. Knowledge of Job Portals like Dice, Monster, and Career Builder and social media Platforms. Must be prompt in Responding on time to consultants, Vendors, and Clients.Job tags
