Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Business Consulting in Civil / Infra , based in Delhi / NCR. The Head of Business Consulting will be responsible for managing a team of consultants, developing client relationships, and delivering exceptional business consulting services. The role involves day-to-day activities such as leading proposal development, managing project teams and conducting client presentations. It also requires preparing and delivering analytics and summarizing insights that support the business decision making.

Qualifications

• Business Consulting, Consulting, and Management Consulting skills
• Sales skills with a proven track record of success
• Digital Transformation skills to help clients adapt to changing business landscapes
• Experience in managing and leading teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An MBA or equivalent degree in business or a related field is desirable
• A minimum of 20 years of experience in management consulting with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships is a must
