The Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with the People Operations team to help support our growing global organization
The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization
What You ll Do
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process for positions, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and presenting offers.
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new hires by coordinating orientation, training, and necessary paperwork. Handle offboarding processes when employees leave the company.
Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Employee Engagement: Provide valuable input to stakeholders on employee pulse, any grievance, retention strategies to minimize attrition while driving Organizational values, policies, and culture. Organize team-building activities, events, and celebrations.
Policy and Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date, compliant with labor laws, and consistent with company-wide HR policies.
Payroll : Support employees with payroll questions, be liaison with third party processing provider to ensure accurate monthly payroll processing.
Benefits: Research and recommend benefit program, including health insurance, leave policies and other company-provided perks.
What You ll Need
Proven experience as an HR professional in India
Ability to collaborate closely with HR team in the US
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with professionals and stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to use data and metrics to make informed HR decisions and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
Aptitude in resolving complex HR issues and developing creative solutions.
Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
