JOB DESCRIPTION

Department: PMS & AIF – Channel Management

Designation: Head of Sales

Key Accountabilities:

· Driving Sales of PMS& AIF Products in B2b Channels across Wealth, PCG, Bank and IFA Channels · Ability to understand Investment approach and products and communicate effectively with RM’s/ TL across various distribution channels · Onboard and build the IFA channel for sales of PMS/ AIF Products · Ability to organise and address team huddles and client events across channels for driving sales · Developing and maintaining relationships with Channel partners by providing them exceptional individualized customer service. · Working on the long term & short-term business directions to ensure maximum profitability in line with organizational objectives. · Building and maintaining healthy business relations with Channel Partners and ensuring maximum satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms. Analysing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors’ activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.
