Experience: 3 to 7 Years
Age: 25 to 30 Years
Qualification: B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical/Production
CTC: 5.5 to 9 LPA depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:
The Asst. Manager will be responsible to generate new leads and enquiries about the requirement of the products. He has to understand the process and machine related requirements of the customer and accordingly, in consultation with the technical team, provide the right solution. To be successful in this role, the person should have previous experience in sales and marketing and preferably have knowledge of different manufacturing, machining process and raw materials. The person will also be responsible in providing the offers and, if needed, negotiating with the customers to close the orders. The main responsibilities include visiting the customer, if required, to understand their requirements, offering the right solutions, negotiate with the customers and also update them with new technologies and product developments, maintaining MIS for sales related data.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Generating Leads and attending to enquiries
Making Techno-Commercial Offers
Visit to existing and prospective customers (10-15 Days in a month)
MIS for sales and marketing data
Cold calling to prospective customers
Customer Data Management
Payment Follow-Up
Making & Giving presentations to customers about the products & technologies
Required Skills (General):
Proficient in written and spoken English.
M.S. Office Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Data Management
ERP System knowledge (Preferrable)
Negotiation Skills
Required Skills (Technical):
• Should be able to read and understand technical drawings.
• Should have knowledge of manufacturing processes and raw materials.
• Project Management
• Should have knowledge of surface preparation and treatment (Preferrable)
