Job Overview The individual would be responsible overseeing & managing the creative aspects of a design for the website. Responsibilities - Curation of Design Elements:
- Curate and select graphic design elements such as color schemes, typography, imagery, and layout to ensure consistency and alignment with the brand or project's vision.
- Design Strategy:
- Develop and implement design strategies that align with the overall goals and objectives of the organization or project.
- Creative Direction:
- Provide creative direction to the design team, guiding them in the development of visual concepts and ensuring that the final output meets the established standards.
- Brand Consistency:
- Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all design materials, ensuring that visual elements adhere to established brand guidelines.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and communication teams, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to design.
- Trend Analysis:
- Stay informed about design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to bring innovative and fresh ideas to the design process.
- Project Management:
- Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget constraints.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct thorough reviews of design work to ensure it meets quality standards and aligns with the overall design strategy.
- Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of design processes, decisions, and rationale, providing a reference for future projects and team members.

Education Requirements: - A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as design, art history, museum studies, or a related discipline.
Experience - Previous experience in a curatorial role, preferably in a design-related context.
- Knowledge of design history, styles, and trends.
- Familiarity with different design disciplines such as graphic design, industrial design, fashion design, etc.
- Experience in managing exhibitions or collections.
Knowledge And Skills - Strong understanding of design principles and aesthetics.
- Excellent research skills, with the ability to curate and interpret design themes.
- Knowledge of current and historical design trends and movements.
- Familiarity with various design software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
