Job Title: Global IT Infrastructure Delivery Lead

Introduction to Role:
Join our dynamic team as a Global IT Infrastructure Lead. This role is pivotal in leading a global team of project managers responsible for delivering IT Infrastructure supporting Programmes & Projects across the Enterprise. Reporting to the Global Head of Delivery in Enterprise Technology Services, you will be a key player in contributing to continuous improvement and delivery excellence. This role offers the opportunity to determine and deliver infrastructure solutions to approved budget and schedule commitments while meeting required quality and compliance standards. 

Accountabilities:
As a Global IT Infrastructure Delivery Lead, you will oversee, drive and approve plans for projects/programmes, manage and coordinate project/programme budgets, forecasts, tasks, schedules, risks, change management, and status. You will also manage relationships with senior business stakeholders to ensure the effective capturing of business requirements and commitment to project/program objectives. Your role will involve managing changes to project/programme scope, ensuring that all impacts and changes are approved and appropriately communicated to stakeholders and review boards.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Technical or Business Degree or proven relevant experience
- Proven skills and experience managing and controlling large project and programme budgets
- Experience managing and leading global project teams 
- Evidence of shaping innovative solutions that have a major impact within the business area and organisation 
- Experience working in a global organization where stakeholders and project team members are geographically dispersed
- 48+ months of proven relevant experience as a PM or equivalent role
- Strong Project and Programme Management Skills
- A capable knowledge of Financial Management and Benefits Delivery practices
- Broad understanding of IT systems and technology implemented within a business context
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong knowledge and experience with internal and external suppliers and solutions
- Excellent business acumen with sensitivity to environment

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Masters degree
- Project / Programme Management certifications
- Demonstrated leadership skills interacting with senior leaders
- Agile, Lean & Six Sigma Skills
