Job description
Position: Site Engineer/ Supervisor
Exp: 1-2 yrs
Vacancy: 4-5 nos.
Qualification: BE/ Diploma in Mech.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Should be from a Mechanical Engineering background.
- Should be self motivated, proactive & possess a positive attitude.
- Must have exposure to work independently or under minimal supervision.
- Having exceptional good technical knowledge
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and handle multiple tasks.
Job Description:
- To be responsible for the overall project implementation, monitoring, control and coordinating the various project and site work activities.
- To manage the project and site work progress.
- To coordinate with customers, consultants, project team and workers on project & site issues.
- Responsible for safe work practices.
- Review and approve employee's timesheet and DPR and submit to HO on Daily basis.
- Tracking, recording, and monitoring of flange management activities & as per nature of job.
- Ensure that safety protocols are followed. Maintain and properly utilize Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) equipment such as: hardhat, safety glasses, ear plugs, steel toe boots, Flame Resistant clothing & gloves.
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
- Timely submission of All paperwork related to Billing and project completion to HO.
- Maintain Daily Inventory Record at site.
- Maintain IGP/ OGP Record for all material.
- Maintain all Billing Backup Files on Monthly Basis.
- Maintain Spares Utilization record for all breakdown tools and Pump.
- Daily Submission of DPR & Attendance sheet to HO.
- Ensure Gate pass Process for Manpower as per clients norms.
- Planning of Crew Engagement as per client's requirements.
- Monitor work permit as per the clients requirements.
- Tool Box talks & Safety meeting on daily bases at Job site.
