Position: Business Development Associate (BDA)
Experience Requirement: 5 year
We are in search of an accomplished Business Development Associate with a proven track record in driving business growth through strategic initiatives and client engagement. Our ideal candidate boasts at least 1 year of experience in business development exhibiting a deep understanding of sales strategies market trends and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and create compelling proposals.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients their needs and the competitive landscape.
Build and maintain relationships with clients understanding their requirements and offering tailored solutions.
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the companys client base and market presence.
Participate in negotiations contract discussions and closing deals.
Provide insights to improve products/services based on client feedback and market trends.
Stay updated on industry developments to identify emerging opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in relevant field e.g. Business Marketing Economics.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Business Development Associate or similar role.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and business development goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to identify growth opportunities.
Familiarity with Upwork Guru Freelance etc
A resultsoriented mindset and a proactive approach to achieving targets.
