Job description

Roles and Responsibilities :
Inventory Management: Monitor and analyze inventory levels to determine when replenishment is necessary. 

Utilize inventory management systems to track stock levels, sales trends, and reorder points.
Ordering and Purchasing: Place orders with suppliers to replenish stock based on demand forecasts, sales data, and inventory levels. Negotiate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective replenishment.
Demand Forecasting: Analyze historical sales data and market trends to forecast future demand for products. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to gather information on promotions, new product launches, and other factors affecting demand. Collaboration with Other Departments: Coordinate with sales teams to understand promotions, discounts, and special events that may impact inventory needs. Communicate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth handling and transportation of replenished stock.
Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory levels, stockouts, and order fulfillment. Generate and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement in the replenishment process.
Optimizing Supply Chain Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline the supply chain and improve efficiency in the replenishment process. Implement best practices and adopt technology solutions to enhance accuracy and speed in replenishing inventory.
