Role Overview:

As the Chief of Staff at Blenheim Chalcot India, you will play a pivotal role in driving the overall success and effectiveness of the executive office. Working directly with the CEO, you will support our senior leadership team to drive the strategy and improve operational efficiency across our service lines.

This position requires a self-motivated individual with exceptional communication abilities, a strong understanding of business operations to be able to drive collaboration seamlessly across Technology, Finance, Sales and Marketing, Customer Experience, Learning and Development and HR. An ideal candidate will have a combination of good technology and operations background, business acumen, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans. Provide research, analysis, recommendations and aid in promoting a cohesive and integrated approach to decision-making.
  • Project Management: Lead and oversee strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring they align with the organisation's goals, with timely and within budget delivery, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Operational Efficiency: Streamline operations and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across services, while leveraging internal & external synergies
  • Executive Support: Act as a liaison between the CEO, Business Units & Portfolios, managing communications, and schedules to ensure efficient workflow and information dissemination.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and teams, to maintain strong relationships and align efforts with business objectives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work across the board with portfolios, teams and business units fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Decision Support: Provide valuable insights that aid decision-making at the executive level and prepare reports, presentations, and collateral to communicate key information to stakeholders.

Must have:

  • 10+ years of work experience of which at least 5 years in a leadership role in either the technology or operations domain, with demonstrated success in strategic planning and project management.
  • Deep understanding of technology industry.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Commercially Astute

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience in a consulting or executive management role.
  • Knowledge of the latest IT and digital transformation trends.
  • Experience in change management and organizational development.

Qualifications :

  • Masters in Business Administration(MBA)/PGDM.
