Incosec Legal is a boutique law firm catering to startups, VCs, Angel Investors. The firm provides end-to-end advisory services, including legal advisory, corporate compliance support, and transaction advisory services. The company is located in South Delhi.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate - Company Secretary . The Associate- Company Secretary will be responsible for handling various compliance matters, including maintaining statutory registers and regulatory filings, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Associate- Company Secretary may also be responsible for providing legal advice and support on corporate governance matters and fundraising transactions including but not limited to initiating private placements offers and related compliances..

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Companies Act and FEMA
• Experience in handling regulatory filings and maintaining statutory registers.
• Handled transaction/fundraising process end to end.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in consulting in similar profile.
• ICSI qualified.
• Bachelor's degree in Law will be added advantage.
