Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Ecommerce Executive. The Ecommerce Executive will be responsible for day-to-day ecommerce operations, including but not limited to product listing, inventory management, order processing, sales, and customer service. This is a hybrid role located in Noida, with first half mandatory to work from Office, and second half from home everyday.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
• Excellent account management skills, with experience managing key accounts
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Upper intermediate to advanced level English skills (both written and verbal)
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, such as Opencart and Amazon
• Experience working in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
