Job description
Responsibilities
ü Acquire new customer for liability accounts and third party products by effectively managing the sales unit
ü Manage and motivate the sales team
ü Strategize on prospecting and efficient & effective approach to these client segments
ü Cross sell all products alongside the core product
ü Provide regular training on products and selling skills to the sales unit
ü Recruit staff for sales unit as and when required
ü Develop and continuously upgrade new innovative sales channels & techniques to maximize productivity
ü Implement the sales monitoring mechanism to measure the productivity of the team
ü Monitor the quality of sourcing of products to evaluate developmental needs of the sales team
ü Drive the sales system towards quality standards where risks are well controlled
ü Derive insights to competitor sales activities and effectively counter the efforts
ü Set business standards for acquisition and cross sell
ü Evaluate training programs available and recommend the appropriate programs for differential training needs
Expected CandidateAge: Minimum 27 to Maximum 33 years
ProfileEducation: Post Graduation in any Discipline, MBA's with Specialization in Finance/Marketing shall be preferred
Past Experience:
ü Minimum 8 years work experience in Banking & Financial Services Organizations
Other Aspects / Skills:-
ü Good written and verbal communication skills
ü Fully conversant with MS Office
ü Excellent networking & interpersonal skills
ü Sensitive to issues of confidentially and compliance
ü Market knowledge of 'Retail Banking' or 'Consumer Banking' or 'Branch Banking'
ü Knowledge of regulatory guidelines
