Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Continental Chef to join our team at Kruti Retail Ventures LLP. As a Continental Chef, you will be responsible for preparing delicious and visually appealing continental cuisine dishes. This is a full-time position based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience as a Continental Chef
- Excellent knowledge of continental cuisine
- Strong culinary and creative skills
- Ability to work under pressure and produce high-quality dishes
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to train and supervise junior kitchen staff
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stay updated on culinary trends and techniques
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook continental cuisine dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets the company's quality and presentation standards
- Monitor food stock and place orders when necessary
- Collaborate with the sous chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff
- Stay updated on current culinary trends and techniques
