Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - Salesforce Leadership
Objective: To bolster the Genpact Salesforce Practice by ensuring cohesive and strategic interactions with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
. Stakeholder Engagement : Drive and lead conversations with vendors, partners, and internal teams to gather and understand detailed requirements.
. Standard Practices : Assist in the establishment and promotion of best practices and guidelines related to Salesforce within Genpact.
. Technical Leadership : Exhibit a strong hands-on technical expertise across various Salesforce clouds and domains.
. Solutioning & Architecting : Engage in detailed technical discussions to help solution and design Salesforce-centric projects.
. Critical Evaluation : Continuously question plans, designs, and architecture to ensure the best possible outcomes.
. Team Support : Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to the broader team, aiding in problem resolution and best practice sharing.
. Continuous Learning : Remain abreast of the latest technologies and show a keen interest in expanding technical knowledge and capabilities.
Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualification.
. Bachelor%27s or master%27s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
. Relevant experience in Salesforce or multiple technology with hands-on experience across various clouds and domains.
. Demonstrated ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive critical conversations.
. Proven track record in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions.
. Prior experience in a COE or similar centralized support role is a plus.
. Strong technical aptitude with a passion for diving deep into technology issues and challenges.
. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical topics clearly and effectively.

. Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
. Self-driven, with a proactive approach towards learning and staying updated with the latest in technology.
