Job description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Primary Function/Primary goals/Objectives:
Responsible for Maintaing and performing maintenance of Electrical equipment for site as per Abbott guideline.
Major Responsibilities:
• Capable of Reading Electrical Drawings
• Having knowledge of Installation and maintenance of Isolators, SF6 breakers CT,PT of Substation
• Capable of handling substation and PCC room independently.
• Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers (ACB,VCB and MCCB) capacitor banks.
• Capable of handling DG and Load sharing during power changeovers.
• Identify electrical problems with a variety of testing devices
• Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools
• Good knowledge of MCC and Understanding of all types of starters, Soft starters and VFD’s.
• Knowledge of State regulatory Rules and IEE standards of Electrical systems.
• Having Understanding of LOTO system.
• Having Knowledge of Permit to work system
Education:
Engineering Graduate with 10-15 years of relevant experience in Electrical Systems preferably form Food / Pharma / FMCG Industries
Background :
• Valid Supervisory License from State gov.(mandatory)
• Strong in planning and supervisory skills.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Knowledge in Electrical System
• Hands on experience on Electrical Equipments. Strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
Accountability /Scope:
Responsible for Maintaing and performing maintenance of Electrical equipment for site as per Abbott guideline.
