Job description

As a Stores Manager in the real estate industry you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing the inventory and procurement operations within the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient stock management maintaining optimal inventory levels coordinating with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of materials to various construction sites or real estate projects. Additionally you will collaborate closely with project managers contractors and other stakeholders to streamline the procurement process and meet project requirements.

Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field. ?Proven experience in inventory management, procurement, or logistics, preferably in the real estate or construction industry. ?Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. ?Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. ?Proficiency in inventory management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications. ?Leadership abilities with experience in managing teams and driving process improvements. ?Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in inventory management and procurement. ?Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ?Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to optimize inventory and procurement processes.
