Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business-to-business sales, with a deep understanding of the sales processes and dynamics in India, the Middle East, and the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Navigate through different cultural business landscapes in India, the Middle East, and the U.S. to effectively conduct sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs and handle complex sales negotiations.
- Stay informed of market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
- Provide timely and detailed reports on sales activities, including sales forecasts and customer feedback.
- Attend industry conferences and events to network and build relationships.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience.
- Proven track record in managing and directing a sales team.
- Experience in sales within India, the Middle East, and the U.S.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
