Salary: 2 lakhs to 5 lakhs (Depends on Experience and interview)

Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Client Acquisition Manager to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and achieving revenue targets. This is a hybrid role, implying that you should be located in Indore MP, and must be willing to travel Raipur/Delhi once in a month.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful business development and client acquisition
• Must have existing IT and Non IT clients
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Must have an experience as recruiter and aware to use the sourcing portal like monster, Naukri etc.
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Demonstrated experience in generating revenue and meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Experience in the human resources or staffing industry is must.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
