Job description
Role comprises of two things- Managing certain social media accounts of clients of Wallets & Wines + Leading & Managing Social Media Team of W&W.
Scope of Work: Social Media Manager 1.1 Manage certain social media accounts of clients of Wallets & Wines and implement social media solutions 1.2 Develop content ideas, social media content, copywriting, execution calendar for the respective accounts 1.3 Posting updates, creatives, responses, and various activities for boosting engagement 1.4 Designing social media strategies to achieve marketing targets 1.5 Monitor trends in social media, food, lifestyle/pop culture, and appropriately apply that knowledge to create viral content. 1.6 Content ideation, development and creation 1.7 Assist with content production; Collaborate with the team to create an archive of social and video content 2.2 Work with external teams for SMS / WA Marketing / events related to F&B industry 2.3 Demonstrate ROI on all social media marketing efforts 2.6 Ensure that all posts, files are proofed and ready for delivery or posting 2.7 Prepare files and concept boards for client review and presentation As a Social Media Team Leader, you’d be expected to carry forward the following tasks & responsibilities. Scope of Work: SM Team Leader 1.1 Team Management: - Lead, monitor, manage and guide the social media team members. Allocate tasks, set goals with timelines, and ensure team members are working collaboratively to achieve them as per company SOPs. - Daily team meetings, overview of all the content calendars before they go for approval of all clients, weekly progress tracking & updating. 1.2 Creative Strategy: - Develop and execute social media strategies – Content + Design + MISC Campaigns (In collaboration with respective teams) aligned with overall marketing and business goals of brand and agency 1.3 Content Planning and Creation: - Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for social media channels. -Ensure the content is aligned with the brand goals & objectives 1.4 Training and Development: - Keep the team updated on industry best practices, new features on social media platforms and competitors -Provide training opportunities to enhance the skills of team members. 1.5 Innovation and Experimentation: -Encourage the team to explore new trends, tools, and creative approaches to keep the brand's social media presence fresh and innovative. 1.6 Crisis Management: -Develop and implement a crisis management plan for handling client escalations and negative situations on social mediaJob tags
