Job Description: We're looking for a visionary Product Leader to lead the evolution of our coaching center platform at Unacademy Centres. As a key leader, you will drive product strategy, foster collaboration, and champion excellence across our teams. Responsibilities: Lead the product strategy and roadmap for Unacademy Centres' coaching center platform, aligning with business objectives and market needs. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define product specifications. Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch and ongoing iteration, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, analyzing data to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement. Communicate product vision, updates, and insights effectively to internal teams, executives, and external stakeholders. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in education, coaching, and product management. Mentor, Lead, and inspire team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in product management roles, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products or platforms at scale. Strong leadership abilities with a strategic mindset, capable of driving cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities, with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, or similar. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Passion for education and a commitment to improving learning outcomes for students. Experience in the education, coaching, or tech industry is a plus.
