Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Real Estate Sales role. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing leads, identifying client needs, providing exceptional customer service, showing properties and negotiating deals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Real Estate required (atleast 6 months)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong sales skills
- Knowledge of real property and current market conditions
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
Requirements: Comfortability with field work(Bike mandatory)
Pune area knowledge (East & West region)
Job Role: 1. Initiating telephonic calls, in-person visits and digital presentations to existing and prospective customers.
1. Co-ordinate property viewings and provide guidance to potential buyers on the home buying process.
2. Negotiate sales contracts and terms with buyers and sellers to achieve favourable outcomes for all parties.
3. Demonstrating products and services to existing/potential customers and assisting them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
4. Utilize marketing and promotional tools to showcase properties and attract potential buyers.
5. Generating business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
6. Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all property transactions and client interactions.
