Experience needed; 8+ YrsLocation; Noida, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, PuneNotice Period; Immediate to 15 days joiners.Role Overview:Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for designated clients.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.Ensure the delivery of exceptional service and value to clients.Identify opportunities for account growth and revenue generation.Key Responsibilities:Foster client relationships through regular communication and engagement.Address client inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely manner.Coordinate with internal teams to deliver products, services, and solutions.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.Develop strategic plans and objectives aligned with client goals.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform client strategies.Resolve conflicts and manage expectations to maintain positive relationships.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.Proven experience in client management, account management, or sales.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.Additional Requirements:Willingness to travel occasionally.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.Track record of achieving sales targets and client satisfaction metrics.
