1+ years of experience in HR reporting- any tool.

Role & responsibilities

Job Description: MISSION: The Key User Reporting Level 1s primary role is capturing the needs of business entities and ensuring that the final solutions developed by the team are consistent with the initial needs and that they provide value to support business issues. He/she relies on a thorough knowledge of Workday and existing processes to understand the needs expressed by the business, to translate those needs into solutions, to identify all the opportunities and to recommend the best solution and the best way to meet them.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS Missions: You will work in close relation with the central (Business and technical team), in support for building and optimizing the actual reporting structures of the Michelin group. Your role will be to create different types of reports (advance/ matrix/ composite), dashboards and scorecards according to central reporting directions and needs to increase the accessibility of the data at the group level. The approach will be performance and data used oriented. The end user must have the possibility to manipulate the data in workday, with the most simply way and be able to visualize the data through the appropriate charts and/or tables.

Main expected achievements: Your reporting knowledge and approach could be a benefit for proposing other way of visualization of the data in workday. An incremental approach for building/ correcting/ implementing reports and dashboards in Workday is needed. You're aware of the data security domains and the personal data protection in a GDPR context. Put the right user at the good security level and user experience oriented. Delivery of requests via SNOW for the requested report or dashboard under a validated CdC proposed by the Business and the Analysts from Central Team members - One Team InTouch (Workday)

For this purpose Soft Skills: You must have an open mind for new approaches and be aware of the Workday roadmaps and new products in the reporting area. You should regularly demonstrate Agile & Lean values like cooperation, transparency, courage and humility to foster teamwork. Continuously reflect on how to become more effective then tunes and adjusts team norms and helps to update its standards.

Technical skills: Required learnings/certifications in Workday Core HCM, Advanced Report Writer Certifications Optional certifications/trainings in Workday: Composite report, Scorecard, Learn, Recruiting, Talent Optimization. Overview of the different type of existing report (advanced, matrix, composite, Nbox, trended…) and different type of calculated fields. Knowledge in Scheduling, Security configuration, Migration of reports. Overview of People Analytics, discovery board possibilities and workbook / slide feasibility. Visual oriented, using graph and all the option given by Workday. Required Advanced knowledge of MS Office Excel, PowerPoint
