Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Civil Engineer to join our team at Kahlon Infra LLP. As a Site Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with the project specifications and timelines.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in site civil engineering
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Proficient in using construction software and tools
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing project requirements
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of construction projects
- Prepare and review project drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards
- Monitor and track project progress, and provide timely updates to the project manager
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, site photos, and progress reports
- Collaborate with the project team to identify and implement cost-saving measures
- Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team
- Ensure adherence to all relevant building codes and regulations
