Capacity: Freelance Location: WFH The specialist will identify, source, and develop high-quality home and kitchen linens, ensuring alignment with our brand and market demands. This role involves market research, supplier negotiation, product development oversight, and collaboration with our internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Market research for trends and opportunities in home and kitchen linens. Source products and materials from Indian suppliers that meet quality and cost objectives. Negotiate with suppliers, ensuring quality, affordability, and timely delivery. Collaborate on product specifications, quality, and branding. Manage the product development process from concept to production. Requirements: Experience in product sourcing/development in home and kitchen linens, focusing on the Indian market. Strong supplier and manufacturer network in India. Excellent negotiation and project management skills. Understanding of overseas markets and Amazon FBA operations.
