Job Description
Role Overview:As the Head of University Relations and Employer Branding, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the talent acquisition strategy by fostering strong relationships with universities, attracting top-tier talent, and enhancing our employer brand. Your primary focus will be to lead and execute strategies for campus recruitment, forge partnerships with international institutions, and establish a compelling employer brand presence.
Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive university relations strategy to attract top talent from diverse academic backgrounds.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand talent needs and create tailored recruitment plans for various roles.
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders at universities globally to facilitate recruitment initiatives.
- Design and implement employer branding initiatives to showcase the company's culture, values, and career opportunities.
- Plan and execute campus events, workshops, and engagements to connect with potential candidates.
- Drive efforts to enhance diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.
- Lead a team and build a framework for scaling university relations and employer branding efforts.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
The Successful Applicant
- Master's in Human Resources from a tier 1/2 institution
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in campus or university recruitment within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of hiring from international campuses experience in global talent acquisition is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in setting up and leading university relations or employer branding functions.
- Strong understanding of employer branding strategies and the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Passionate about sustainable technology and the EV industry.
