Job summary

We are looking for Content Developers! As a Technical and Business Content Developer at Tredence, you will be responsible for creating high-quality written and multimedia content that bridges the gap between technical intricacies and business objectives. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to develop content that showcases our technical expertise while addressing the needs of our business audience.

Job Responsibilities

Content Development:

• Develop technical documentation, whitepapers, and case studies that effectively communicate complex concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Create engaging business-oriented content, including blog posts, articles, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of technical content.

Multimedia Content:

• Develop visually appealing and informative infographics, diagrams, and presentations to accompany written content.
• Utilize multimedia tools and platforms to create compelling video content that explains technical solutions in a business context.

Audience Analysis:

• Conduct audience analysis to understand the needs and preferences of both technical and business audiences.
• Tailor content to resonate with different stakeholders, including executives, technical teams, and end-users.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to align content with business goals.
• Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to gather insights and input for content creation.

Industry Research:

• Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to ensure content is timely and relevant.
• Translate technical advancements into business benefits for our target audience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Technical Writing, Marketing).

· Experience in technical content development, preferably in a technology-driven industry.

· Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to convey technical concepts in clear and concise language employing Collaboration Tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) facilitating real-time collaboration and document sharing.

· Proficient in creating multimedia content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Camtasia, or similar.

· Proficient in adhering to content development best practices, including plagiarism checks, proofreading, and utilizing tools such as Grammarly.

· Familiarity with tools for creating visualizations, flowcharts, and diagrams.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

· Familiarity with SEO best practices for content creation.
