Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and forecasts to provide accurate and timely financial information to senior management and stakeholders
Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop, manage, and monitor budgets, financial plans, and forecasts to support the organization's financial goals and objectives
Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements, and manage relationships with external auditors and regulators
Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and evaluate financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making
Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, making recommendations for optimizing working capital and liquidity
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's financial strategy and financial goals
Investment Management: Manage investment strategies, analyze investment opportunities, and assess the performance of investment portfolios
Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks and exposure, and make recommendations for mitigating risks
Tax Management: Develop and implement tax strategies, manage tax planning, and oversee tax compliance and reporting
Team Leadership: Lead and supervise finance and accounting staff, providing guidance, training, and support
Financial Policies: Develop and enforce financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard financial assets and maintain accuracy
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial information and insights to various stakeholders, including senior management, board of directors, and investors
Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA & CS) qualification is mandatory
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
