Job Description

- Define technology road map for Cash BU and MS, emphasising app development, automation, and workflow design.
- Required skills: Web/mobile app development and enterprise-level ERP implementation (HRMS and Finance ERPs).
- 2-year focus: Enhance operational productivity, reduce costs and risks, and develop new-age applications.
- Create scalable software/platform with strong FS domain knowledge and align digital transformation with operations.

The Successful Applicant

- Key capabilities: Solution-oriented, business acumen, change advocate, strong leadership communication, and translating business needs into IT processes.

- Tenure: 15+ years

- Industry Domain: Good understanding of the Financial Services domain, with ERP implementation and Application development experience
