Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to oversee and address our clients' technical requirements. Your role will involve delivering precise technical assistance both before and after the sale, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. As a Technical Account Manager, you should possess adept technical knowledge, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals. Additionally, you should be driven by results and strive to attain specific objectives. Your primary focus will be on furnishing technical expertise, product insights, and business acumen to bolster the sales process and cultivate lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities: Offer technical support to customers throughout pre-sales and post-sales phases Address all inquiries related to our products promptly Conduct product training sessions for clients to optimize product usage Relay customer feedback to developers to facilitate the identification of potential enhancements or new products Generate reports on product performance Propose solutions to minimize support expenses Evaluate client needs and recommend upgrades or additional features to fulfill their requirements Collaborate with the sales department to secure new business and enhance sales figures Establish and uphold best practices Monitor sales performance metrics Requirements and Skills: Proven track record as a technical account manager Strong technical background with practical experience in digital technologies Proficiency in software and front-end development; familiarity with Node.js and React is essential Ability to understand and address customer needs promptly Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
