The Role: As a Hiring Partner you will play a crucial role in assisting our diverse clientele in sourcing and onboarding the right candidates for their needs. Compensation: We offer an exceptional compensation model where you earn 50% of the one month salary of each candidate you successfully introduce and who is subsequently onboarded. Please note this role does not include a fixed salary aligning your success directly with your efforts and results.
