Job Summary : We are looking for a skilled technical project manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex technical projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The Technical Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and requirements. ·

Program Management:

Oversee the program encompassing multiple related projects, ensuring alignment with business functional/integration requirements. ·

Risk Assessment:

Identify potential risks and issues, and develop risk mitigation strategies in coordination with other project managers. ·

Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate project and program progress to stakeholders and ensure their requirements and expectations are addressed. ·

Timeline Management:

Monitor project and program progress to meet deadlines, milestones, and objectives. ·

Technical Guidance:

Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team, making decisions on technical solutions and ensuring alignment with project and program goals. ·

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project and program documentation, including specifications, technical documentation, and progress reports. ·

Testing and Deployment:

Oversee the testing phase and coordinate the deployment of projects within the program, addressing technical challenges. ·

Post-Implementation Support:

Provide support and guidance after project deployment, addressing issues and improvements as necessary. ·

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process optimization and enhancement to improve project and program performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in technical project management. • Experience of Prismforce application implementation and support • Strong technical background and understanding of software development methodologies, web applications, and enterprise systems. • Experience managing complex technical projects with cross-functional teams, vendors, and third-party service providers. • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage project risks and issues. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
