The role of the MAA Training Coordinator is four-fold: (1) dealing with all matters related to our learning technology infrastructure (incl. LMS), (2) administer our learning request intake and project manage in-flight activities, (3) organize in-person and virtual events, (4) handle other administrative tasks. The role requires a high degree of independent problem solving, pro-active project and stakeholder management and good communication skills.

Responsibilities:

» Serve as the team's 'go to' person in all matters related to our broader learning technology infrastructure including Cornerstone LMS, Vimeo, Confluence, Sharepoint and other platforms

» Perform LMS-related tasks including creating events, sessions, curricula, knowledge checks and evaluations; setting up custom emails; roster management; proxy assignments; reporting (standard and custom); content uploading; system help for users and managers around the firm

» Gather and summarize training feedback (LMS and other tools)

» Perform content governance tasks such as ensuring consistent titles and file naming conventions, backing-up source materials, trigger content review cycles, etc.

» Monitor and administer the team's intake funnel (Alchemer/Jira)

» Monitor and administer the team's in-flight projects (Trello/Jira)

» Pro-actively plan and implement all logistical aspects for training events including venue reservations, printing and shipping of training materials, catering, room setup, administer pre-course work, roster and waitlist management

» Pro-actively liaise with stakeholders from across the firm globally and at all seniority levels

» Perform administrative tasks as may be required from time to time

Qualifications:

» Undergraduate degree in Communications, HR, Education, Liberal Arts or equivalent

» Min 2+ yrs experience as a training coordinator and/or project manager, preferably in the financial services, software or consulting industry

» Well versed with industry-standard Learning Management Systems (LMS), in particular Cornerstone on Demand

» Experience with Confluence, Sharepoint, Miro, Trello and Jira

» Proficient with MS 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

» Excellent written and oral communication skills

» Good interpersonal skills

» Pro-active and ability to work using own initiative and without close supervision

» Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
