Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tele Calling Specialist. The Tele Calling Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls and answering inbound calls to generate and qualify leads, set up appointments, and close sales. The role will be located in Varanasi, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
• Experience in telemarketing, telesales, or similar fields
• Proficiency in English and Hindi
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Additionally, relevant experience or education in the tech industry would be beneficial.
