Job description

Responsibilities

1.Answering the phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.

2. Resolving queries and issues related to the services to the parents.

3. Advises present or prospective students & Parents by answering incoming calls; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.

4. Influences students to take admission or retain in the institute by following a prepared script to give institution reference information.

5. Maintain a database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.

6. Identify Client's needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible.

7.Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts and obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

8. Document transactions by completing forms and record logs.

Requirements

*Good Communication skill with good command over English and Hindi.

*Should be able to work with a team.

*Good in telemarketing and should be customer oriented.

*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) & Telephone skills.

*Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

*Highly resourceful team-player, Smart, Enthusiastic, Passionate for working

Experience :- 0-2 Years

Salary :- 12K-22k
