Job Description Kimberley-Clark is on a mission to transform to be a data-driven and AI-First company. We are looking for a strong Platform Engineer position in our Global Data Platforms & Governance organization. Overview: As a platform engineer, your role is to serve as the subject matter expert in enabling end-to-end data science and AI solutions. You will provide thought leadership on emerging Azure platform topics and trends, while working with your team to establish and deliver AI roadmaps across multiple focus areas and business units. Your collaboration and success across the enterprise will help optimize productivity and efficiency, as well as provide a great customer experience. In this role,

you will be responsible for ensuring that Azure resources are designed, developed, and deployed in a scalable and secure manner to support AI workloads . You will work closely with data scientists, developers, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI solutions and help drive their implementation on Azure. You will also be responsible for staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in Azure and AI, and providing guidance on how they can be leveraged to improve the overall AI strategy. Platform Engineer Responsibilities: • Designing, Reviewing, and implementing Azure infrastructure to support AI solutions. • Deploying and configuring Azure services such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, and Azure Cognitive Services to support AI workloads. • Working with data engineers to build data pipelines and data storage solutions in Azure, such as Azure Data Factory and Azure Data Lake Storage • Ensuring that Azure resources are designed, developed, and deployed in a scalable and secure manner, while also ensuring that they meet the business requirements and align with the overall technology strategy. • Working with data scientists and developers to identify opportunities for AI solutions and help drive their implementation on Azure. • Staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in Azure and AI and providing guidance on how they can be leveraged to improve the overall AI strategy. • Designing and implementing Azure monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure that AI workloads are performing optimally and meeting SLAs. • Automating the deployment and management of Azure resources using tools such as Terraform and Azure DevOps • Working with security teams to ensure that Azure resources are compliant with security policies and regulations. • Providing guidance and leadership to more junior engineers on best practices for building and deploying Azure resources to support AI workloads. • Effectively communicating with peers and leaders to ensure that Azure resources are meeting business requirements and aligning with the overall technology strategy. Qualifications: • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience in the field • 6+ years of strong, hands-on experience • Experience in distributed, scalable systems, modern data storage, messaging, and processing frameworks (Kafka, Spark, Databricks, Azure ADLS, Azure ML etc.) • Working experience on how to put modern data / ML pipelines together using these frameworks. • Experience with at least one of the deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or Keras • Strong technical advocate with a background in Java, C++, or Scala, and Python • Ability to design, deploy, and manage Azure resources to support AI workloads in a scalable and secure manner. • Experience with Azure services such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, and Azure Cognitive Services to support AI workload. • Experience building data pipelines and data storage solutions in Azure, such as Azure Data Factory and Azure Data Lake Storage • Strong ability to communicate relevant information clearly and concisely. • Collaborative working style with a strong focus on disciplined execution and results To Be Considered Click the Apply button and complete the online application process.
