Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP REFX Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP REFX module, with at least 1 end-to-end implementation experience. The candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA with a preference for involvement in 2 full implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize your extensive SAP REFX functional experience to support the implementation and enhancement of REFX module.
- Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA, particularly in the context of REFX module functionalities.
- Provide strong functional support in the integration of SAP REFX with Sales force for seamless creation of Contracts, Renewals, Terminations, and management of Inbound and Outbound Interfaces.
- Implement requirements of IFRS 16 (FAS 13) including straight-lining of long-term leases and revenue recognition.
- Implement accruals and deferrals of lease-outs according to the basic principles of FAS 13 and US-GAAP.
- Handle various scenarios in the REFX module including Master Data management, Customized Developments, and Transaction Data processing.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure alignment of SAP REFX solutions with business objectives.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP REFX and related technologies, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices adoption within the organization.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP REFX functional consulting.
- At least 1 end-to-end implementation experience in SAP REFX.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, with involvement in 2 full implementations preferred.
- Excellent understanding of integration between SAP REFX and Sales force.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS 16 (FAS 13) requirements and their implementation in SAP REFX.
- Proficiency in handling accruals, deferrals, and lease-out scenarios in SAP REFX according to FAS 13 and US-GAAP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into SAP REFX solutions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; SAP certifications would be a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
