Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive. The Executive will be responsible for HR management, operations, employee relations, HR policies, and other related HR tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management, Operations, and Employee Relations.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring HR policies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.
- Advanced knowledge of Human Resources (HR) functions and principles.
- Experience working in the retail or automotive industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
